Do I need to know exactly what I need before we talk? +

No. The clarity call exists to help diagnose where your actual gaps are. Many practitioners come in thinking they need one thing and leave understanding they need something different. Bring your situation, not a diagnosis.

What happens on a clarity call? +

Thirty minutes to understand your situation and determine whether the program is the right fit. If it is, I will walk you through next steps. If it is not, I will tell you so and, where possible, point you toward what would serve you better.

What if my revenue is below $500K or above $5M? +

The $500K–$5M range is where infrastructure work creates the highest leverage. Outside that range, the program may not be the right fit. Reach out anyway. If I cannot serve you, I will say so and suggest alternatives.

How is this different from coaching? +

This is private advisory and infrastructure building. The work produces documented, tangible artifacts you own and use. The focus is on the systems, structure, and documentation your business needs to function without depending on your constant personal involvement.

How confidential is this? +

Completely. Client details, strategy, numbers, and infrastructure gaps are private. A mutual non-disclosure agreement is in place for every engagement. I do not use client work as marketing material without explicit permission.

Can I see your portfolio or past client work? +

Because of the confidential nature of the work, I do not share client materials publicly. Case studies are available on the Case Studies page. References are available during the proposal stage for qualified prospects. Testimonials on the site are shared with client permission.
